MUSEUM QUALITY - Carolina Parakeet Great Pipe 2 COA's!!
Description
Amazing find measuring 7 5/8″ x 4″ x 2″ in classic Black Steatite. This piece was found in a tobacco field (now a hay field) in the Ish Creek Bottoms in Blount Co., Tennessee in the early 1990’s by a local laborer. The exact location is known and is now a hay field. The pipe’s features are exceptionally well done with stylized wings and feet. There is damage to one side from agricultural equipment and a small fragment of the bowl rim has been glued.
